Insights on business development, sales and marketingo Key external interface on sales and marketing matterso Key internal interface within business line and support functionso Lead business development, sales and marketing activitieso Develop sales pipeline with key customers & distributorso Implement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectiveso Manage positive and long-term business relationships with key customers & distributorso Support distributors by providing sales pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staffo Develop sales contracting strategy and onboarding processLead development of Retail Operations policies/procedureso Support market studies and evaluation of potential channel partners Qualifications o Good understanding of business development and saleso Strong Retail background/experienceo Leadership and collaborative skillso Good communication skillso Influencing skills without authority effectivenesso Proven organization, and prioritization skillso Proven conceptual and analytical skillso Ability to work in multi-cultural environmento Managing external interfaceso Willing to relocate across region Competencies o Bachelor Degreeo >3 years working experienceo Preferred to have strong Fuels Retail background/experience Application Closing Date :
